Q. Where do I have to take my vehicle to have repairs completed?

A. You may take your vehicle to any repair facility who has a license to perform auto repairs.

Q. What if my repair facility states they do not accept your program?

A. Accepting the program refers to direct billing, if your repair facility chooses not to directly bill us, we will pay for all covered repair costs with a corporate credit card.

Q. What if I have no money, do I have to pay for the repairs and get reimbursed?

A. No, the repair facility will either directly bill the Certified Car Care claims department or the claim will be paid with a company credit card less any applicable deductible.

Q: When does the "new vehicle coverage" begin, on the in-service date or the date I purchase the warranty?

A: All "new vehicle coverage" begins on the date the warranty is purchased and not the in-service date. So, the years are in addition to, and the mileage starts at 0.

Q. Is the contract transferable upon vehicle sale?

A. Yes, all service contracts are transferable to a second private owner.

Q: If I do not transfer the contract, do I get a refund?

A: Yes, you get a prorated refund if the contract is canceled.

Q. What makes Certified Car Care Service Contracts different from other warranty companies?

A. The difference in the Certified Car Care plan is the administration of claims, the financial stability of the insurer, and the superior coverage provided.

Q. Does the Vehicle Service Contract cover parts and labor?

A. Yes, all Certified Car Care plans provide coverage for parts and labor.

Q. Are maintenance items such as oil changes and brake pads covered?

A. No, all routine vehicle maintenance is the owner's responsibility.

Q. Is rental, towing, travel/lodging coverage available?
