Our Insurance Group has been providing mechanical breakdown protection since 1974 and other lines of property and casualty insurance since 1962. Stability and experience are very important since most service contracts and MBI policies have six and seven year terms.
We specialize in mechanical breakdown protection and provide coverage for customers nationwide.
Our objective is to provide the customer with the most extensive coverage at the lowest cost. We do not do business through an administrator, thereby eliminating the middleman expense. We also handle our own claims and employ an actuarial and legal staff. These internal departments allow us to control claims cost, price our coverage properly, and assure that we are in compliance with all rules and regulations in each state where we transact business.
Although coverage and price are important, the main concern of all contract/policyholders is claim service. Our adjusters are ASE certified and our telephone system allows us to answer incoming claim calls within an average of 27 seconds. These services are unique in the mechanical breakdown protection industry.
